QD3D 62 - Camera Hither Distance Must Be > 0 (11-July-97)

When I call Q3OrthographicCamera_New() and use the QuickDraw 3D 1.5.1 debug
extensions, I get a kQ3ErrorParameterOutOfRange (-28480) error whenever the
hither distance for my camera is zero (or less).
